Cricket Wireless Sold me a locked phone Tucson Arizona Nationwide

I was pay as you go customer for several years when I bought one of their phones- no contract. Decided to move to different carrier but my phone is locked! Hidden "terms and conditions" on a cash purchase! Cheaters.
