CRICKET WIRELESS CRICKET WIRELESS CHARGES FOR ROAMING WHEN I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE SAN DIEGO California
I have had the misfortune of having Cricket wireless for over 2 years. I had a basic $39.00 package. I traveled to Washington DC in November of 2007. I called Cricket, and they informed me all I had to do was have ROAMING added to my account, and as soon as I returned, to have it taken off my account. I did this EXACTLY as they asked. I had an accountant paying my bills, so I didn't notice they were STILL charging me for ROAMING. I discovered this on Jan2,2009. I contacted them about this, and was told they would start an "investigation". RIGHT!@!!
4 days later, I called back, only to be informed they " couldn't find a request for an investigation on their records" HOW CONVENIENT!!! AGAIN, I was told they would initiate an "investigation". Anyone who has had a problem with these people knows there is NO WAY to contact ANYONE about a problem. Thanks to this site, I was able to get their corporate office number, and called them. The 1st words out of their mouth was."how did you get our number"? Threatened with legal action, they resolved my problem. PLEASE DO NO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS INCOMPITENT, LOW-LIFE, RIP-OFF COMPANY!!!! YOU WILL BE SO SORRY!!
