Once again I would like to point out that the person making this complaint is Stacy Stripling who is the wife of Mouli Cohen. Together these two people destroyed the lives of dozens of people through their false investment scams. Mouli is serving a 20 plus year sentence in Federal Prison. Our relationship with them came out of a contract with the US District Court, where our company provided guard services to watch Cohen when he was out on bail. He tried to bribe our guard and was remanded to back to custody. One of the people they stole from was Stacy's father who died heartbroken. In addition to my company they sued their attorneys as well. It should be pointed out that they defaulted in the law suit against our comapny. They brought down Vanguard, which was a non-profit that contributed to at risk youth. It was run by Danny Glover, who testified at Mouli's trail. That is on the internet. They are terrible people. This is the way they attack people, through false complaints and law suits.

The individual who filed this report is Mrs. Samuel Cohen. Critical Solutions was contracted to provide security services for Mrs. Cohen's husband Mouli Cohen. Mr. Cohen was under indictment for Securities Fraud.
This was through the US Federal Court Northern District. The purpose of this detail was to allow Mr. Cohen to make bail. Effectively Critical Solutions officers acted as guards for Mr. Cohen in both the Los Angeles and San Francisco areas. During the course of this detail Mr. Cohen violated the terms of the agreement and attempted to get one of the Critical Solutions employees to work for him on an invidual basis. He (Cohen) was remanded to Federal Custody.
He was released again several days later into the custody of Critical Solutions. Critical Solutions continued in that capacity until the end of the trial where Mr. Cohen was found guilty.
Rather than go into specifics I would encourage any readers of Mr. Stripling's ( Cohen) account to researh their case and the crimes that Mr. Cohen was convicted of inflcting on scores of investors.
