Notice says that you are a cash prize winner, confirmed of payout of $978,779.77. You have to send $25.00 processing fee within 10 days or you can not collect it. The return address is in the Netherlands. An earlier location may have been Miami Florida The fine print on the back implies that you will receive a report of Payout and cash that you may win starts at $9678.99 down to $.96 cents! After reading about C.R.C., I of course did not reply.
