I myself have recieved the letter from the CRC stating that I have won $978,779.77 but I have to send them $25.00, if that was the case of me winning why not take the money out of the check. I have never but it will and needs to stop. I am not elderly so my common and street sense is on point. I hope that they are caught and punished to the full excent.
