First of all...whether you agree with the riporrreport warning that the Better Business Bureau is biased against people who are not members and biased towards those who are members...you need to read WHAT they say. In the cast of CCAT they merely echo exactly what all the compaints have said. No returned calls, no on time pickup etc. I've read CCAT's response to another complaint where they mention the requirement to send the request for a refund by certified mail to guarantee that the letter gets there within 7 days. BULLSHIT. Customer's are told that they need to get their signed contracts there immediately and that they need to have it FAX for the fastest response. They accept the faxed copy immediately and then ask you to send the original in the mail later. The cancellation and refund request could be processed in the exact same way. If the company is going to respond I'm curious if they could come up with a reason for 4 different addresses in a year an a half time period. They claim only a small number of people have problems. I doubt that. I'd love to know, of the number of people who catch on early or get fed up and cancel the pickup of a vehicle, how many actually get their $200 back again? If we get our deposit back I will come back to the website and announce it. I see that at least one person has got theirs back...so there's hope.
