Cross Country Bank is a rip-off company that will DOUBLE CROSS YOU they tricked and lied to us Boca Raton Florida
CCB in Boca Raton called for a payment. I made the payment of $170.00.
The supervisor in W.Virginia calls two days later for a payment I told him that I did two days earlier. He said It does not show on the computer and that I could make a payment with him and that it would only be one payment. He lied!!! Both payment were taken.
CCB Baco Raton called with a payout plan, they would send a letter to get a small intrest loan to pay off my account. I told them that I could not make a payment!!! They did not send the letter and they sent a unauthorize check to my checking account for $1,683 that bounced. They tried again three days later. I had to closed the account to stop the chacks from bouncing.
In November CCB Baco Raton call with a payout plan. I agreed to make the three payments in 45 days. On 12/3 I sent them $1,000 as agreed. DEC. 15th I received A letter from a lawyer regarding CCB. After the second payment the lawyer calls me and I tell him about the agrement and fax the copies of all payment I'm waiting for answer from both and they owe $303.00 from a overpayment from a insurance copany.
