Crossroads RV Refuses to stand by their product Topeka Indiana
We purchased a 2013 Crossroads Cruiser Aire from a dealer in Stuart, Fl. After 2 years the paint on the front and rear caps are faded. We returned to our dealer and they informed us that this has been a problem with Crossroads. Of course the warranty is no longer in effect .
I contacted Crossroads and was told to get the dealer to submit an estimate which I did on 5/29/2015. We received a denial on 6/3 /15 saying if was out of warranty which I knew when I started the process. I spoke with Tom in customer service and he stated there was nothing more they could do. Connie sent instructions to the dealer on how to buff out the paint. Our dealer said this will not help.
I have looked on line at Crossroads own forum and have seen numerous comppaints about the paint especially the brown which we have. I feel that it is obviouslily a problem and Crossroads should stand by their product and fix this issue. I am not sure where to go next.

Nothing stays 100% BRAND NEW forever!! Paint fading is going ot happen!!!HOW you can sit there and WHINE that during YOUR use of the vehicle that the paint has faded?? Its out of warranty!! So YOU KNEW YOU WERE GOING TO SCAM THEM!!!!!YOU are nothing but a mouth breathing THIEF!!!!Its people LIKE YOU who make it that much harder for customers with REAL problems to get fixed!!! Neither the dealership OR the manufacturer has the ability to CONTROL THE SUN!!!!! YOU have had it for over 2 years, so WHERE in your pack of lies do YOU take ANY responsibility for the CARE and MAINTENENCE of YOUR vehicle?? YOU DONT!!!! So typical SCAMMER menatality!1 Since THEY wont let YOU scam them for a free paint job, YOU IMMEDIATLY jump on the web and fabricate a post so YOU can attempt social blackmail. Thankfully what YOU have posted IS lies so the dealership YOU have so spitefully named HAS a legal remedy. And dont sit there and think that YOU get to make fabricated posts with ZERO consequences. EVERYTHING you do online is tracked and logged. So with JUST a court order THEY can prove YOU PERSONALLY wrote this tripe!! And THEY get to sue accordingly!! All of this due to YOUR inability to take PROPER care of YOUR RV. ALL OF THIS BECAUSE YOU ARE A SCAMMER!!!!
