Crossway Transport Brooke Rivera Ty Faulk Derrick Worked me for almost 80 hours and never paid me. Kentwood MI
Do not work for this company!! Complete scam! All their trucks are old and defective. I worked a week for this company under the lie of being paid$1400 a week and home daily, as advertised on Craigslist. Keep in mind I left another job to work here. Day two which was Tuesday, their truck broke down on me in the middle of downtown Chicago freeway traffic.
I spent all day getting repaired, then was forced to clean out another guy's filthy truck for free just to keep working the rest of the week. Finally, on my last load Friday, the rookie dispatcher books me for a load in Ohio instead of back towards Grand Rapids that I had no hours for, and was guaranteed to be late and denied by the receiver.
I was forced to take it anyway. Then when it was denied and I went home for the weekend. I got a voicemail saying that I was fired and was never paid, after spending about 80 hours on the truck, and only being home one night. I'm going to sue this classless company for as much as I can. Don't be a victim like me.
