CSC Credit Services Dallas TX Reports Fraudulant Information in your credit report on behalf of EQUIFAX Dallas Texas
I am a consumer with a very good credit rating of 872. CSC provided information on my credit report to Wells Fargo Dealer Services regarding an auto loan I applied for and was consequently turned down for the first time in 33 years. I have never defaulted on a loan and have paid off more than a half dozend vehicles over my lifetime. But based on information provided by CSC Credit Services of Dallas under Equifax and provided to Wells Fargo Dealer Services I was turned down. Wells Fargo denied all copability and referred me to Equifax who also denied copability and referred me back to CSC the last man in the chain. Ater contacting Equifax they reported my credit to be excellent and showed no derogatory information. CSC Credit Services of Dallas repeatedly don't answer the phone number published in the letter or on their website. The letter even states [The reporting agency played no part in our decision and is unable to supplysecific reasons whey we have denied credit to you. you also have a right to a free copy of your report from the reporting agency, if you request it no latere than 60 days after you receive this notice. In addition, if you find that any information contained in the report you receive is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to dispute the matter with the reporting agency.] All of which is almost impossible when working with CSC. In my attempts to contact them, I have found them to be unresponsive, heck they don't even answer their phones and are hell bent on selling you a copy of your credit report. Nothing is free. So the disclaimer on their letter is about as useful as the credit report they post about you and goes against you. My recommendation is to use any of the other credit reports services available that do not use CSC. Their information is questionable at best and it appears to me used as a marketing tool to get you to pay for a credit report to try to claean up the bogus credit report they publish on you. Nothing new here same questionable business practices that were reported back in the two previous rip-off reports. No integrity or accruacy in the reports and are contradictory to the people they represent (i.e. Equifax) too bad for them to allow their good name to be dragged down by a questionable business partner. Buy the way I got my loan two days later after 10 min on the phone based on my excellent credit rating. My recommendation if you are turned down for a loan based on a report provided by CSC and you feel the report is in error (be honest) demand a second application using a different credit reporting source, odds are you will be approved.
