We are very sorry about the delay with your order of cigarettes, as they should have arrived by now. If you've ordered from us in the past you would know that most customers receive their cigarettes within 12-14 days.

Customs has informed us that your parcels were scanned and released to your postal annex; therefore we can only assume they were lost or were stolen. This is not a common occurrence and is beyond our control; we have less than a 1% chance of theft/loss.

It is our company policy to reship all orders which are more than 30 days over due. We can reship your order, which you will receive in 8-12 days or we can issue you a refund.

Please advise.

If your original order does in fact arrive, kindly keep the cigarettes with our compliments.
