Here is what I have found. They will exchange it. Just take it open it try it, Hmm It does not work, RETURN IT AGAIN. do this untill all there stock is used. They then have to order you an other new one or give you your money back. Either way you make a point and cost them more then what you have lost. Hope this helps someone. This is why Shareware and downloadable demos are nice if people would pay if they like the product.

I Bought 2 things from them I bought a mp3 player for 125.00 for my nethew. I also bought a cd player for my car it was 150.00. so i spent 275.00. they had a ad that said they will install the cd player to my car for free. after they wore done they wore charging me 100.00 for the installation. i told them they had the ad on the wall for free installation. they took me to the sing to have a cloose at the ad. and it said in tiny letters that if you paid 100.00 you will get a free installed cd player for another car. So I had to pay them the 100.00 and I put a cd in there the same day and it had a sound like a skuicky noise. so i whent back and they just ignore me untill i started talkin crap to them and they just told me SORRY. So i just told them to shove all there worthless sh*t up there *ss.

Ok, give this one a little thought. If I sell you a cd, dvd, or software package; you could easily take it home, make a copy, and bring it back to the store two hours later. Then tell them it didn't work right and would like something different. You just got some free games, music, or movies. We will, no questions asked, exchange for the same title you originally purchased, but not something different or your money back. If we allowed this there would be all kinds of people taking advantage of the system. Maybe not you, but we can't be selective in our policy.

I have known of this practice . It has been going on for years. When my brother was about ten years old my parents bought a game for his nintendo at Toys r us and it did work. But because they had opened they were stuck with it.
