"He said he was given $15.00 per hour because they couldn't find anyone else and was still learning how to install and had never done a car like mine." The installer let you know he didnt know what he was doing? If I were you, being in the media and all, I would, on the news, take my car to a mechanic and get him to look over my car and make sure nothing was wrong with it since Circuit City is allowing people who obviously havent been properly trained to install items. Then I would take the bill to Circuit City and see if they pay it while being filmed. If not I would simply stand outside the store with the news crew and ask customers going in what they thought of what they did to you-lets see if they decide to actually go in or turn around. I didnt even get the full purchase price back on the item they misrepresented, but if I could get money for the time I spent on the phone with them that would be fantastic.
