The add state buy 2 get one free is misleading to say the least They charge for 3 bottles but do not mention that, I did not order the Vip or $9.99 they charged m for that what turned out to be $139.98 morphed into $209.97, when questioned customer service representative jenypher Hernandez told me each bottle cost 69.99 = 209.97.
When challenged she became adament and after I requested to change the order from buy 2+get one free to 2 separate botlles for 69,99 I was told that the order was already shipped(during emails) and I would be charge a 20% restocking fee without returning something I haven't received.
They are a sham outfit, fleed=cing on people/ tthere are some who purchase 5 bottles hoping to get freeones not aware that they will b paying $69,99 per bottle. I have all backup email of my conversations with their customer service. will supply if needed for vrification of email transaction.
The add as submitted does not state any difference except you buy two(2) & get One(1) free. Free to me meanss no cost!
