Curtis " Scooter" Ellis took $1000 for a custom paint job and never heard from him again Beaufort South Carolina
I met Curtis ellis through ebay. www.topgunstudios.com He agreed to paint a custom paint job for my harley davidson. I paypaled him 1000.00 on August 26, 2003. all I have gotten for my money was some excuses early on why he had not completed my paint set on the agreed 6 week time frame. As the months went on 50 phone calls 100 emails... no response.
Then Feburary 16th the local police department paid alittle visit to curtis ellis and arrested him and charged with seven counts of breach of trust and one count of a second-degree violation of the computer crime act. Everyone scammed has not recieved one cent back... this guy is a thief and a con-man.
