Curves, Curves For Women will not give refund windsor, Ontario Canada
never join curves.. if u do, never pay in full. i paid in full, i was injured and the manager told me to come in and sign a form to put membership on hold..i did that the next day...6 months later i get a call to that the location is closing down, and that i have 2 choices.. to bring in a dr.note and cancel my membership and get a refund, or to have my membership transferred to another location that the owner has.. i chose to bring in a dr.note.. i was told i would get a refund in 4-6weeks.. after 8weeks and many phone calls and messages left for the dougal rd. manager, i was told that i will get nothing back.. that they have decided that since i didn't give them the dr. note in sept. that i don't get a refund... i explained that the manager never told me to bring in a dr. note and that i was not cancelling my membership until i heard that this location was closing, so there was no need for the note.. and that i had done everything that was asked of me, when it was asked...i was told too bad for u... and if they had such a problem with everything why not return my calls? and why is ok to transfer the membership, but not ok to get my refund?
