Sharon intentionally followed me out of her "social club", Curves, yelling what's your problem? Youre being aggressive. You're scaring the members(all her regulars). I proceeded to question her about pulling a "member" off the machines a few spaces in front of me, and sat her down in a chair and whispered something in her ear, and had her move behind me. (I feel Sharon, at that time caused a hostile environment that brought attention to how I was working out, that provoked me to be emotional by crying.)

Sharon then raised her hand to my face and yelled, in front of her social club members walking in and out of the business, "go home and take your meds"(I have bi-polar, social and mental anxieties that I'm on meds for that all the coaches where aware of)then as I'm walking off, again, into the parking lot, "and yelled to me "don't come back when I'm working, I don't get paid enough to put up with you."

I filed a report with the BBB, with a resolution to have a phone conversation with the Sharon and Jeannie. Jeannie, the owner, responded with her lies that my "complaint had been resolved.

Jeannie stated, "The member came in and talked to the owner and apologies were made for any "misunderstandings" from both...parties" Also included "I do not feel that anymore needs to be said because the parties have talked." I did hand delivere my 45 day notice to Jeannie, and she more than willingly, cancelled it. This occurred before my complaint to BBB.

Why would I ever in a cold day in hell ever apologize for the worst mental, emotional and verbal abuse I have ever endured. Where and when did I meet with the two parties? Never.

I feel, they both thought I'd just go away and sweep under the rug.

I feel that there  is prejudice against transgenders from Sharon and other members. Sharon stated, "I just don't know how I or the others members (these are rich, white and silver sneakers+55)would react if they had one a transgender member".

I feel Sharon bullied me because of my age, mental issues and social status. Sharon followed me out, degraded me by yelling at me and humiliated me in front of other people by yelling "I don't get paid enough to put with you."

Sharon did send an apology card admitting her "hateful words" and that' "what she said was just "mean and hurtful." I didn't get to voice the results that Sharon endured on me, personally.

Then Jeannie, lied about me apologizing. I'm not going to accept Sharon's apology through a card or Jeannies lies.

Jeannie and Sharon, in my opinion, are the worst type of women to be representing Curves.

They both tore down what I had been building up in self-worth, facing my social and mental anxieties by going to Curves.

I feel Sharon and Jeannie's, business and personal, ethics, integrity and honesty, should be in question. But with their "social club members" and their social status, I feel, is how Jeannie and Sharon can justify this type of treatment to me. Sharon and Jeannie had a chance to resolve this, but chose their way.

"I don't feel anymore needs to be said because both parties have talked."

This sounds like a bad Dr Phil episode. I'm failing to see where the rip off is. It does seem like you have too many issues to "feel people are talking about you" try to slowly enter social situations.
