Custon Swiss - Mystic Jewels Fraudulent internet company Internet USA
On 01/06/2004 I ordered and pre-paid $505.95 for a Rolex replica from this company with a 4-6 week delivery schedule. I contacted them on November 1o asking to my order status and sopke with Lisa Wagner who told me that thew watch was delayed and they were sending me a free box ($100 value) for my trouble, with the watch being shipped the following week.
When the watch did not arrive I attempted to contact Custom Swiss and was directed to [email protected], which told me to include my name, invoice number and telephone number. The message said I would be contacted in 3 days. WHICH NEVER HAPPENED!!!
On November 26,2004 I received an email from Todd Long, the General Sales Manager, thanking me for my patience and telling me that their attorneys had advised them that the product can be forwarded the following week. It furthermore told me that I would be contacted by Fed-X for shipment notificateion, which never occurred. If I did not receive the watch by December 8, 2004 I was to contact them again.
The watch was never delivered, I have been sending emails and leaving phone messages everyday since December 8, 2004 (over 20 times) with no response.
Beware of this group and the internet site that supports such activities Importers.com, which is clearly a collaborative group of internet rip off artists of the highest order. This gives legitimate providers an bad name.
I encourage everyone that has fell victim of this money stealing, unethical, fraudulent group to make your voice heard. Stand up and let the internet sites that blindly allow people to operate like this responsible for thier actions.
