Cyber Coders Colby (recruiter) Want to be condescended to by an arrogant child who pulls a bait and switch? Irvine Nationwide
I was contacted after posting a job for an IT worker. I spoke with Colby who made a big deal of going from 30% to 20% (which is still more than I'm paying my current recruiter). Next conversation he says he needs to "clear his desk" and be on a contingency. I say I want to see the terms and then decide. He posts my job reqs (after embellishing them with stuff that simply isn't true) and senda me an MSA that says I am agreeing g to pay them 300k no matter what and that they are my only recruiter. They say they get paid even if I place someone myself fron an internal referral. What a scam! And all along this youngster talks to me like I'm an idiot. Totally unacceptable. Stay away from them!
