in september of 2011 i was offered a renewal special of two years for the price of one plus $20. i decided to take it.  now i am told that i got one year of tech support and one year of the in computer checkup which has found nothing nothing in the last two years. they have been into my computer to confirm my statement. they do nothing for you. 
every time i call i do not get support staff i get the sales people who try to tell me that i am not covered or only partially covered and want another $369 from me. i have had them in my computer once this year so this is really expensive. the technical staff is no problem but getting to them is a problem. the sales people establish a link to your computer and tell you that you will have a tech in your computer sometime in the next 12 hours. that leaves you without a computer because that tech guy is or could be there any time and he isn't waiting until you finish what you are doing.

i like the tech but the sales staff is ripping people off. this company is just not customer friendly at all. 
by the way i have used them for about 7 years and have not called on them to do anything more than clean up my computer. i am not a complainer and they have no reason to keep telling me that i do not have coverage. every every every time i have to go back to my credit card statement to prove that i paid them. bad business people
