Daniel St Pierre is quite simply a wolf in shepherds clothing. A previous post on this very site reads "This man who calls himself a christian may be the most vengeful man I've ever met!" I can not agree more with that statement.
Daniel St. Pierre solicited my business Factory Direct Auto to sell me his google search engine optimization. He called multiple times and stopped by. I tried very nicely to explain to him that I didn't have the money to advertise with him and that I wasn't prepared to take him up on his proposal.

I have never done business with this man, never lied to him or anyone about anything. Only told him that I can't afford his advertising. I run a very small honest business. This business is my livelhood. I care very much about my reputation which is why I have such good reviews. I have been in business for over 5 years with hundreds and hundreds of happy customers. I have never been sued, never been arrested, and live by the rule that I treat others the way I want to be treated which is how I operate my business.
I have consulted with legal representation here in the Tampa area and have decided to persue punitive damages for this hanus and vulgar commercial defamation. I want to warn others to please do not do business with Daniel St. Pierre, St Pierre Christian Photography, Cybergenica, or Glorious Media Group. This man has definate issues and it's scary that someone could go to such legnth's to try and ruin another person's livelyhood for no good reason. I hope you feel good about yourself Daniel St. Pierre, your no Christian, your not even a good man.

I cannot believe your personal attack on my character and faith on this website, following an honest and truthful video review of you and your business, Factory Direct Auto, located at 25206 Wesley Chapel Boulevard Lutz, FL 33559? (813) 846-7177 and its website at http://www.factorydirect.hasyourcar.com which I found in breach of a contract to buy my BMW 540i for an agreed price, suggested by you, Todd Baxley, and accepted by me without haggling on July 12, 2012 in your office.
The undeniable fact is, upon my arriving at a set meeting day and time on July 13, 2012 to deliver the vehicle previously inspected by you, Todd Baxley, at your place of business, Factory Direct Auto, located at 25206 Wesley Chapel Boulevard Lutz, FL 33559, 1 day earlier, your business partner Bob refused to proceed with the transaction for the agreed price in spite of the fact you, he and myself had agreed on a selling/buying price. Bob pointed to mechanical issues that you had already diagnosed, and agreed to purchase the vehicle "as is" to be repaired then sold on your lot or at auction, for profit.
My offering Internet marketing services was injected during my conversation with Bob who stated his website was not profitable. Your decision to fore go hiring my company based on having no budget had no influence on my review of your business, when it was in fact your and Bob's contract breach that prompted my honest, truthful review which you took offense to, then lashed out on this website in an attempt to "get even."
In your YouTube comments and messages to me, you whine like a baby stating you're a struggling single father, and claim to be a man of Christian faith, a church goer, yet you attack another's character and faith without premise. It was YOU and your business partner that went against your word. I simply shared my experience with the world, using channels and resources made available to me by the Lord Himself.
God is watching both you and I Todd.

You took it upon yourself to attack someone you had already victimized, after I spoke out. You are a bully Todd, and your harvest is soiled in bitterness and hatred.
This report will be at the root of damage beyond measure, to you, and to myself and my team. You are too ignorant and pitiful to realize this. Wisdom is wasted on fools...
