This is what I wrote to them on Facebook. Contacting the BBB and writing to the president of this company. i can't use it without rating it a five. 3rd time already. I already wrote a review still can't open. Went to website..must have an account..to reach tech must have a code to send email. contact number to corporate office in California but, need a person' name or go back to the website. I called 411 here is the number they gave me (214) 379-6200. Left the message .if I don't receive a call today I will contact the BBB and the company's President. I ten minutes ago I got a call from the number above the don't deal with this app . I will give an update to you guys. The number above don't deal with the app. I am so angry.
