Cyberlink I purchased their products for the web cam and other features. It installed well, but the they wanted the activaion key. None f the keys they provided worked. They haven't been helpful fixing the problem. I can't even communicate with them. Please get me my money back as I have moved on to another company. online Internet
I purchased the Cyperlink web cam and photo director software online. i downloaded it without incident. Then the activation key failed. I could not get the keys they sent to work. i contacted them and the asked for a screen shot. i followed their advice and it failed. They have refused to communifate nor will they refund my money. i want to move to another company, but I hate them stealing from me.
