Cybersonic Toothbrush System Ripoff waste of time

I sent my system back to be repaired on August 13, 2001. I have not received it back or any word on its status since then. Calling in to their customer service line is a waste of time. Is there anything else that I can do besides sending e-mail messages to them? I am tired of waiting for a response!
