I ordered the CYBERSONIC TOOTHBRUSH (1-800-847-7200) in May 2001 and was billed instantly ($118.48). It's Feb 09, 2002 and I still don't have anything (no refund, no product). They did manage to send 3 different sets of toothbrushes so far (which I sent back to them) and will apparently keep sending them.

Their customer service (1-800-770-7525) will either be closed when you call or you'll get a recorded busy signal that cuts you off after either 12 or 13 rings.

Here're the answers I received from my email to customer service:

I made a request to issue you a full refund. I apologize for the

inconvenience.

Like I said it is 9 Feb 2002 (over 8 months after I ordered and paid), and I still have no credit (refund) or product.

Bottom line, they ripped me off and I'll have to sue to get my money back.

Save your money and buy a similar toothbrush for much less from a store you can trust.
