Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I recently ordered two packagages of what was advertised as "human hair" for weaving from this online merchant and paid for shipping and handling. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED tht they did not send the color I ordered, C4/27. They send P4/27 instead, and I was convinced that was why the color pattern looked so strange. I have always ordered this color combination from a variety of other manufacturers but never before did the hair have the wierd appearance of this hair. One complete side of the weft was a metallic looking very gold/white color and the other side was dark brown. In addition, the hair was very poor quality.

In order to see the actual color, I had to remove one from its factory sealed package. I did so carefully, examined the color, and immediately replaced the hair, taking care to put it as neatly as possible back in the package.

When I called the company to request an exchange, they emailed me a form, told me to fill it out and return it with the products. I was also told to include the postal receipt so I could be credited for the return shipping cost.

After almost a week without hearing from them, I called again to verify that they had received the products. I was told that C4/27 was the same as P4/27. The individual said they would not refund the cost of returning the items because they said that I had "changed my mind" about what I ordered.

After almost another week without receiving a refund, I emailed the company and restated my claim for a credit. In the next day or two, I checked my account balance and found that, in addition to not crediting me for the return postage, they also did not credit me the full amount I paid for the product, stating that a 10% restocking fee was charged since the item was damaged??? That, of course, is a total lie. I only had the item out long enough to examine the color and immediately replaced it in its original package.

It's too bad that this kind of disreputable business always seeks to prey on people for every undeserved nickle and dime they can grasp. They should be more concerned with the quality of their customer service (if not their products) so as to foster goodwill because a satisfied customer will always return for more business. And word of mouth can either increase or decrease sales exponentially. But I guess they're just too busy scheming to cheat people out of their money to think about that.

Regarding Ms. Kathy's complaint color she received C4/27 and P4/27 is the same color so we disclosed that to customer and couldn't refund shipping charge to her. For the restocking fee of 10% on the item we charged her due to item she returned was missing a packaging and we disclosed that in our return policy.

It is important for customers to put all the packaging inside of the box when they are returning item otherwise we may charge restocking fee for the missing packaging.
