Was sent an email that product had shipped friday the 11th along with a tracking lable , fast forward 8 days product has not shipped and no 1 there knows how to tell the truth , Tracking lable has not updated but the product shipped , They sound like a bumnch of burnouts on the phone . cant seem to tell the truth for anything , Passing blame to the post office makes no sense if by there own words it hasnt shipped yet , Why send an email on Friday the 11th that the product has shipped when it hasnt , paid for priority shipping , still dont have , has sent multiple email and every one says something differnt . Blame the blizzard , and blame the post office is a rookie move . Sayimng the post office is having problems with commercial buisness is BS when by your own admission it has not shipped on friday the 1th ,  or the better excuse , the lable has not updated so you will get your 2 day priority package that shipped on the 11th by Xmas . Odd everything else i have ordered from the denver area arrived in a timely manner , stay away from these ppl , seems like a bunch of kids that have no clue how to run a business and choose to pass the blame on every 1 else .

I work over at Dabado and was just hired about 2 weeks ago for the holiday season. This post shocks be as Dabado was doing everything in their power to help out each customer and even offered gifts because of delays made due to the holidays. Please dont judge this great company just because they happened to launch a hot product right when the holidays were here....its no duh that they were late with packages guys! Anyways, Dabado is a great place to work and we care about each one of our customers.

The exact same thing has happened to me. I too have been waiting for delivery and have only received emails with lame excuses. Including that there was too much snow in Denver to deliver to a Denver shipping address. I'm sorry that this happened to someone else but happy to hear I wasn't the only one who was ripped off. I thought these "high on's" just had something against me. The sad part is that this was a Christmas gift for someone who is battling cancer and using alternative medication. It was the only thing on her list besides finding a cure.

I will be requesting my money back and filing a dispute with my credit card. These thevies should be ashamed of themselves.
