This is the worst company on the planet. They stole $185.00 from me and I know, I must have been high to spend that much on a "vaporizer" in the first place. 

I made this purchse for a family member who is suffering from cancer and is using alternative medication to help with treatments. It was suppose to be a Christmas gift and ordered on Dec. 8th. The company is in Denver and the shipping address is also in Denver. They were quick to take my money but all I recieved in return was numerious emails with excuses on why they couldn't ship. First they said it shipped, then they said it didn't, then they said it did. They even had the nerve to say that it couldn't ship because Denver had snow!!! What really? They are just a bunch of kids who have smoked way too much and have found a way to steal from hard working people without any regard for others.

Do not order from these burnt out theives.

I filed a report on this company on Dec. 18th because I hadn't received shipment. When we returned from our holiday travels, it was at the door. It was delivered on Christmas Eve and although it was dellivered too late for Christmas because we had already left town, never the less, it was dellivered.

The person who received it as a gift was very pleased with the product and was very excited. He said it is high quality and not plastic like other reports stated. It is made of metal and of good quailtity.

I'm sure that the holiday was very stressful with all the other orders placed and I too was stressed about not receiving it in time but all and all, it worked out well. The company came through and worked hard to deliver and for that we are grateful. The company even did a charge back on my credit card refunding my money on Dec. 22nd and I received the product anyway on the 24th. I have since paid them again and all is good.

I understand that this is a pretty new company with a product that is in high (no pun intended) demand. Hopefully when they work out their kinks, the company will be very successful and won't have inventory or delivery issues.

Thanks for doing your best. Sometimes it's all you can do.
