The product that I purchased broke prior to warranty expiring. This product was defective or poorly built. The product broke under normal use as suggested by the manufactuerer. Upon contacting Dabado Vaporizers I was asked to send in a picture. The picture only shows a missing nail and element this is because the element broke under normal use. The device was cared for well and only used by myself. I did not use the product more than 4 weeks.

I too was told i misused my 5 day old broken product

Look fellow consumers.I may be dabbing, but not dumb.Dabado claims I misused abused the product, but that certainly is not the case.The company failed to mention I purchased 6 Nail boxes at $15 a box of 2.I watched the video on changing the nails. The product idea is great but the build was poor in my opinion.Good job on your new upgraded product, but does me no good spending more money do to poor engineering.I thank you for attempting to rebuttel but the product failed within 45 days and not due to misuse as dabado support stated.

We have updated all of the Bolts using screw in nails. We offer a discount if the version 1 build isnt properly functioning and this customer demanded a free Bolt. He refused to go through our warranty process and simply wanted us to send him a free Bolt. Dabado is more then willing to send V2 replacements on a discount the first build for our 2nd build if they fill its not funcitoning right.
