Dadds Magic Bus Charged different rates than promised after they had my credit card, admitted error then never repayed Grand Rapids Michigan
Dadds Magic Bus...
First I would like you to understand that once this company has your financial information your hands are tied, so dont give them your credit card number!!!! Pay in cash if you must use them, there are plenty of companies out there that have Limo Busses and stretch limo's, just go to the yellow pages or online yellow pages to find them!!!
The Night: Operator stated that we can reduce the number of people in our party the day of if needed... due to unforseen circumstances our party went from 15-11... according to the operator no problem, let the driver know the day of...
So the day of we call the driver and tell her... She says that we have to pay for 15 or no ride, hmmmmm bachelor party (of which i was the bachelor) no time to find another place... pretty much screwed, have to fork up the money...
This is after 105 deposit... $582.00 on top of the $105... oh ya and tip... Then we go out, they say they have aggreements with the BOB... NOPE!!! Doorman wont even let us in, hmmmm so we pay to get in, drink specials... ya right, nothing... full price all the way... driver leaves... we end up walking to the next fine establishment... then at the end of the night when we are all ready to leave, we wait OVER 45 MIN's FOR OUR DRIVER!!!
Three weeks later:
When checking my account one day I noticed ANOTHER CHARGE FROM DADDS...strange on the exact same date they took put the deposit the previous month...and for the exact same amount... Total spent on one cruddy night with Dadds... $792.00
The people that I have spoken with there have all admitted fault, and that I am entitled to a credit of $105, when i asked about the price wuote on less people he told me that I should have read my contract... nice customer service buddy...
Further I have been told 7 or 8 times that i will be getting my money back and here it is 10 weeks later and I stil have not received a refund... The only way that i speak to someone is if i call, this company feels like they have a monopoly and that they can treat people any way that they want to and get away with it, customer service is great and they call right back if your interested, but not if your a current customer!!!!
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH DADDS MAGIC BUS... Consider yourself warned!!!!!
