I have supervised this character and I believe he is a drug dealer in Tupper Lake. His father was the Police Chief when alive but I believe he retained connections in the Police Department. Anyways I have good reason to believe that he is doing drugs and dealing in the Tupper Vicinity. Dinger is an a*****e from start to finish. I have initiated an Albany investigation into Bells affairs.

I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT I HAVE KNOWN DALE BELL FOR MANY YEARS AND HE IS A VERY GOOD MAN. HE IS A DEVOTED FATHER WHO LOVES HIS CHILDREN VERY MUCH AND WOULDNT DO ANYTHING TO HARM THAT RELATIONSHIP. WHO EVER WROTE THESE LIES ABOUT DALE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. HAVE YOU NOTHING BETTER TO DO THEN TO TRY AND SLANDER SOMEONE WHO HASNT DONE A THING TO YOU. I HOPE DALE CAN FIND OUT WHO REALLY WROTE THIS GARBAGE AND TAKE LEGAL ACTION. ANYONE WHO REALLY KNOWS DALE BELL CAN TELL YOU THAT HE WOULD NEVER BE INVOLVED IN SOMETHING AS STUPID AS THAT ESPECIALLY WORKING FOR THE GOVERNMENT.
