I sent him a check. for 55 bucks(as he asked) that was on 10/01
after a few weeks I emailed him about 10 times..he did not respond. then I Instant messaged him(we both have AOL). He ignored me.He calls himself "CHEKAHO" on the AOL service.
I am very upset!

it turned out that he was away on bussines and he had somone else run the bussiness..so the eamils and instant messages that I was sending to him(and being ignored)was somone else. not dan this is the email that he just sent me today: Hold on buddy! I've been gone on a business trip these past few weeks. I had a friend handle my business back here but I see he didn't run it very well. Listen this matter will be taken care of immediatly. Your money will be returned to you in full tommarow when the bank opens. Sorry for the incovience but there was no need to take it this far. Sorry, Dan so everything is cool now...whew! I am very sorry to put dan through this...I just hope that we can continue doing bussines and all will be good...
