Complaint Review: dan robert construction company - TAMPA Florida

Ripoff Report protects consumers first amendment right to free speech - AND THE TRUTH.Today, I was alerted by Ripoff.com of a Rebuttal by Dan Robert Construction and a threat that if I do not remove the write up, I will be sued. My answer to that... Sue me.

Let's STOP and REVIEW what you did.

You stole over $8,000.00 FROM THE SUB-CONTRACTOR who was working for you and pocketed his money because you needed the money to survive hard times in 2009. You didn't give a SH*T about him, his family, his crew and walked away smiling when the bank paid you for a job he did. You sent him $4,500 on the original $12,500.00 and didn't do SH*T to pay him back. You lined your own pocket and SCREWED him royally.

I set you up on monthly restitution at $250.00 a month to HELP you. Most people would have gone to the Attrorney General's Office in Tallahassee, or filed Civil & Crimimnal Lawsuits with the Hillsborough District Attorney's Office, but we wanted to help a 77 year old stay out of JAIL. I have second thoughts now because I see HELPING you was a BIG MISTAKE.

You created the crime, not your crew, you did it all by yourself. Now you are crying that your Business slacked off. Well, first of all, look at this ECONOMY. It is TERRIBLE at BEST. People do not have the money to invest in restoration right now and haven't since 2007. Second, you work by way of mouth as you said. You told us in 2005/ 2006 you made over 1.2 Million. Then you told us in 2007, 2008, 2009 it tanked on you. It tanked on other Construction Business, other restaurants and in general all other Businesses not just in Tampa Bay but nationwide. We asked you how you got your Business... you said " By word of Mouth ". You are licensed just in Hillsborough County and that's it. You are a cheap b*****d who refuses to advertise in the Yellow Pages, refuses to advertise on the Internet, refuses to send out flyers, and you are sitting there asking yourself... " why am I not getting any calls... why because NOBODY knows your " out there " that's why. The economy tanked, it worse than you think. People are hanging on to their money, they aren't spending money like they were.

You claim Ripoff.com is hurting your Business. You should have thouight about that when you STOLE the money from the other sub-contractor. What... Did you actually think you were going to get away with SCREWING the other company ?? Are you that stupid ? You are down to 7 more payments @ $250.00 a month. You are doing better than good. We even went so far as to get your Business out there on various websites to promote Business for you at our expense and on our time. Who the HELL gives a sh*T about you or your business... yet... we got you on 6 ewebsites for FREE.

Then, you started asking us to HELP YOU stay out of Court and lawsuits because 6 banks were coming after you and your business regarding huge CREDIT CARD DEBTS. We even HELPED you  by writing the Lawyers, The Credit Card Companies , the Collection Agencies and you nhave the Balls... I mean the BALLS to say... IF THEY DO NOT REDMOVE THE NEGATIVE CRAP OFF RIPOFF.COM I WILL SUE THEM...

You know what... " F U " Now its a war. We are not going to HELP you anymore. You are one ungreatful son of a b*tch. You should be put in JAIL. You should be sued by The Credit Card Companies and Banks and other Collection Agencies. You not only SCR*WED the other construction Company, but you SCR*WED the banks... what an ungreatful son of a b*tch. You use people for your own self worth.

You have no morality, no conscious, no regrets about what you did, and all I hear is you b***h from month to month to month. It was ok when you SCREWED everyone else. There is an sayintg... If you can't do the time - Don't do the Crime.We have gone way beyond what we are required. We have HELPED you instead of throwing you to The State and local District Attorney's Office. You should have been arrested on FRAUD & UNJUST ENRICHMENT CHARGES. So here what is left in your meager lonely life. You finish paying your debt off.

There is only 7 payments left, and come February 1, 2013 you are finished, done and we will take this off Ripoff.com. We aren't required to do so, but I will take it off to Help you. You shut your mouth. You battle with the lawyers, The Banks, The Collection Agencies ( 7 ) regarding your SCR*WING them. You will get no more HELP. I will be contact each one of the Attorneys representing the various Banks. I will be contacting the Various Collection Agencies. I will be contacting   the various Banks and I will cease all attempts to cover up your bullsh*t with them.

In addition, you most probably will or have been reported to The Better Business Bureau by each one of the Banks, which is ruining your reputation. I know you already have a Judgment against your company. I will contact the last Attorney who contacted us and withdraw as your represedntative. Now you can swim in your own SH*T by yourself. Oh..... You want to SUE ME... go right ahead... it makes it easier for me to SUE you in rfeturn for FREE. Then, your problems are going to be just beginning. Don't you piss on my shoe and tell me it's raining. You did this to yourzself. You created the crime against another Construction Company..

You used various Banks to use their CREDITCARDS to keep you going, so whose the THIEF here. The Law says, as long as you tell the truth, it is not a CRIME. I have all the documemnts to prove my case. I have every letter you faxed to me requesting I cover your a*s with the Attorneys, Banks and Collection Agency. You wanna play - let's go.... I will have you not only out of Business but running from Lawsuits that will be coming to you faster than you can oipen up the envelopes. I know you are to old and senile to write what you wrote. I would put my life on it it was one of your sons who wrote that s**t. Hummm they are in their 30's and still leaching off Daddy. Where would they be if you would dead ? Probably living in a cardboard box.

In Good conscious I will state that Dan Robert Construction has continued to pay off his debt  and has only 11 more payments to make in which we will notify RIPOFF.COM that the debt has been SETTLED when its PAID IN FULL.

We understand the ECONOMY is bad, and people need to survive, but you have to look at what was done. You don't take someone's money that you were in fact paid by the contractor and you don't6 pay the various Construction Crews who did their part.

If you are *itching that it damaged your reputation, you should have thought about it before you stole the money.

I will state that Dan Robert is trying to clean up the problem that was created by Dan Robert, but in good conscious I will not remove or condone what happened.

It is like... you rob a bank... you are caught... now you go to COURT and tell the JUDGE... hey if i give you some of the money back, can you drop the charges... and I promise to pay you little by little until the debt is PAId. You know your honor you and the Court are ruining my resputation because now I will have an ARREST RECORD which everyone will know about and it will Damage my reputation.... The Judge says: Hey Moron... you should have thought about it before you did what you did... I can't HELP you.

This is life. You don't want to do the time... don't due the Crime.

I will give Dan Robert and Dan Robert Construction a thumbs up for trying to CLOSE this bad picture as quickly as possible.

I will state here and now is HONORABLE in keeping up his end of the bargain.

He is religous with his payment schedule.

His construction company is a GOOD COMPANY to deal with.

His crews and workmanship is excellant. You can be CERTAIN the job they do will be done correctly. You will without a DOUBT " save " money using his talented staff.

I would say without a DOUBT in my mind you should use his company .

I have seen the work his CREW does and it is EXCELLANT to say the least.

He is a Construction Company that has a Business License that is for Hillsborough County.

I would use him to fix my home & Business without a Doyubt in my mind.

If you need HELP  out of Hillsborough County, he has the ability to get you LICENSED

Construction CREWS he has dealt with in the past who are LICENSED, BONDED and INSURED.

You should not under any circumstances worry about his CREDENTIALS and his ability to
perform. He is EXCELLANT at kitchen remodleing , roof, windows and doors, General Construction,both Commercial and in HOME IMPROVEMENT. He will get you permits and have his work inspected by the County Inspectors.... and it will pass the first time.

Give him a chance to prove he is a Professional. His 50 plus years in the Construction Industry as a GENERAL CONTRACTOR is a 9 out of 10 stars. I will state here and now ... You will get your moneys Worth, and a good BANG  for your dollar. He uses the BEST MATERIAL and will refuse to cut corners and use inferior product.

I would use him in my own home construction or in any Commercial job I had.

If it isn't off with in 30 days We will file a suite. I think these kind of damaging web presence can hurt a company and since you don't have anyway to know if it is actually true or not. If it isnt removed with in thirty days we will take into our hands to get rid of it.
