Dan Gorton Construction Company Is the Worst Construction/ Contracting Company on the Planet. The Owner Dan Gorton Is a Con-artist Son of a b***h Who Steals Your Earnest Money, Doesnt Do Any Work, and Then When You Threaten Him with a Lawsuit, He Puts Together Dilapidated and Crappy Wooden Frames up to Build Your House. Then He Turns Around and Asks You for Double the Money You Contracted For, He Does this Because He Knows That You Are Already out of Your Earnest Money and You Cant Get it Back Without Suing Him and All He Does Is Say "It Paid for the Parts and Not the Labor."
Then He Pulls out Receipts to Tell You That You Cant Beat Him in Court. He Is a Thief and a Con-artist and You Have No Choice but to Pay Him Afterwards. When He Does Finally Put up the House Everything Is Faulty and Doesnt Work - Right down to the Electrical Wiring, the Plumbing, the Woodwork, the Building Materials Are Broke Down, and the Hose Is Rickety. Avoid this Man and His Chop Shop like the Plague If You Want to Hire a Good Contractor/construction Company as I Promise You, You Will Be out a Few Hundred Thousand Dollars and Have Nothing for Your Money.
You Have Been Warned about this Fraudulent Con-artist and I Encourage All of You to File Complaints Against Him with the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Attorney General as this Man Will Never Learn and Never Stop Cheating His Mostly Spanish Speaking Immigrant Clients like Me Who Give Him Cash and Dont Understand Contracts and Certainly Dont Understand His Shady Business Tactics - He Is a True Snake Oil Salesman and Please Run Away When You See His Name. I Want this to Be Translated into Spanish So I Could Warn All of His Other Chicano/mexican Spanish Clients Who Get Royally Screwed by Him and His Dishonest Construction Company.

It is pretty obvious that this is a fraudulent post most likely posted by Manchanda Law offices in New York: a Law firm that Mr. Gorton and myself have enganged for fraudulent business practices. This law firm has shown a tenancy to post false reports against those who challenge them financially and in court.

I understand that rippoff report doesn't remove posts as a means of maintaining integrity however it is pretty evident that this system is being abused by this law firm.

This report was NOT FILED BY ONE ONE OF MY CLIENTS, It was filed by an unscrupulous attorney in New York that stole money from me in an immigration case for a friend. I filed a complaint on this website about him, and won a lawsuit against him.
What is written here is a complete fabrication and cannot be backed up with any facts. I have never had any complaints filed against me and believe it or not, do not have any unhappy clients. This can easily be verified by going the the State of Florida licensing site and doing a search for my business. Here is a link:

Unfortunately I have not worked for any Spanish Speaking immigrants either.
If there is a real complaint out there to be filed against me, you can do so at the State of Fl DBPR, who closely regulates licensing in the State of FL, and takes all complaints seriously. Please also be advised that you must have credible evidence of where the work was done, a copy of the bills and so on.
Unfortunately there is no website to verify the lawyers in NY and no real way to collect the money that this attorney stole from me and many others. Please go to this website and search for Manchanda Law to see the truth.
