Danielle McCord Santoro works at Irongate Realty with her parents, David McCord and Vicki McCord. The McCord's will advertise that they are lifetime residents of the area and have YEARS of real estate experience in the area, but check out the website for the Manatee County Clerk of Court. The McCord's also have YEARS of real estate civil litigation too. The McCord's have a questionable past and do not care about people.
They will say and do anything to sell a house and get a commission, whether it is true or not, and don't care about the financial devatation and heartached that they leave behind. If Danielle McCord Santoro has good reviews on her website it is because they are likely from friends of hers. The one review Danielle McCord Santoro has on the website is from a guy at a BBQ in Myakka City where she lives, not from a client or buyer. Danielle Santoro's husband, Jesse Santoro, is a convicted felon and has quite a criminal record.
Do your research, but I think that you will find that you can find better service anywhere but Irongate Realty, David and Vickie McCord, and their daughter, Danielle McCord Santoro.
