I ordered a Motorola h700 bluetooth headset through the buy it no option on ebay on January 11, 2006. They only accepted personal chekcs, so I mailed them a check. The check cleared on January 18. Their shipping policy was "2 days after check clears." At this time, I noticed that there ebay ID had been revoked. I reported this to ebay and Ebay has done absolutely nothing to rectify this situation.
Dan and his staff never returned my phone calls. They only communicated through email, and usd every excuse in the book as to why the item was yet to be sent/received. After doing extensive research on the itnernet, I found that Dan's Cellular Accessories had several aliases and phone numbers listed throughout thew internet.
I called all of them, and finally got a hold of the Master Scam artist Dan Horton at 203-559-7314 on approx Feb 18 2006, over a month after the order had been placed. Dan Horton the Scam Artist assured me that he would take care of everything and gave me a tracking number.
After following the tracking number on the UPS website I found that Dan Horton supplied me with a fake tracking number and that the item was actually sent to Chumsford Mass. (no where near where I live). I proceeded to call Dan and he apologized again, claiming to ont know what happened, and provided me with a second Tracking Number.
This time, I called the UPS corporate office to find out where this item was to be sent. UPS told me that it was to be sent to Hawaii. (Un-freakin-beleivable). I then called Dan "the Scam King" Horton again, and he could not explain this fake tracking number and told me that he was going to personally mail me a motorola H700 headset. He promised to call me back in an hour with a new tracking number. 24 hours later, I had not heard form him, so I called him and he gave me a new tracking number without an excuse for his not calling me back within an hour.
It has been two months since my purchase and I am yet to receive this item. If you know him or his company and have contacts with the police or FBI or Federal Trade Commission, pease see to it that he is prosecuted to the fullest extent.
Dan Horton and "Joy" are part of an extensive internet scam ring. If you do a google search, you will find scores of complaints and stories similar to mine. It is a shame that Ebay still allows this filth to operate fraudulent businesses on its website. I hope that the Greenwhich CT Police department takes this seriously and nails these derelicts. Dan "The Scam King" Horton must be dethroned.

Warning to all consumers. Dan has spread his fraudulent practices to several other websites, all of which have been listed in the title above. Dan, you stated that you "always list your complete names," but, I, along with hundreds of other web consumers have had to investigate your name on the web in order to find your alternate addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. Your days of scamming will come to an end. Fess up and repay the hundreds of innocents web consumers who you have victimized with your fraudulent practices. As you can see, other rip-off reports have also been filed. This is not a surprise to me, and honestly..... it is about time that some people took action against you and your fraudulent ring of conspirators including Joy and Tom. For the first month, the only person I was able to get a hold of was Joy via email. She NEVER NEVER EVER EVER provided me with YOUR NUMBER! You have got to be kidding me. I had to research your 30 scam ridden id's on the internet to find your number. Your company is not a company, it is a racket of fraud; and justice will be knocking on your door in Cos Cob Connecticut very soon. Your co-conspirators were never available, they ignored me and gave me the run around for over two months. Stop trying to fool other people into trusting you. Cellularsales32 has been one of the biggest internet scams running for the last couple of years. Well... those days are over. You better pack up and leave Cos Cob before the Authorities give you a permanent home upstate.

First off I like to invite Jason to call me direct at 203-559-7314 or 203-629-1360. I would be more than please to help him resolve this minor issue. We have always listed our complete names,addresses,phone numbers and email addresses for any customers issues. We have never hidden behind some website like most *scammers do* We do only take checks we also take credit cards with a merchant machine and have a long history with them. Once again i invite Jason to call me on this $59 issue be more than glad to help him. Daniel

Dear Dan "Scam King" Horton Inc., I would not waste a nickel or 15 seconds of my life to call you. I have called your company in excess of 20 times and sent 35 emails to you and your cohort(s) Joy and Tom. Do not try and lie and say that you are a reputable company. All one needs to do is perform a simple google search of any of your 10 scam artist aliases, and they will find scores of victims of your fraudulent practices. Moreover, if your company is so reputable, why have you changed your ebay ID so many times? Several of these ID's have been removed by the EBAY security department. I was not able to contact your office until I researched your multiple aliases on the internet and called each and every number that has been posted by fellow victims of your fradulent business practices. FACE IT! IT IS UNDENIABLE THAT THIS COMPANY IS A FIGUREHEAD FOR YOUR RING OF FRAUD. THE SCAM KING SHALL BE DETHRONED. I AM DOING EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO SAVE OTHER FELLOW EBAYERS, OVERSTOCKERS, STORMPAY AUCTIONERS AND WEB-CONSUMERS FROM BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY YOU AND YOUR FRAUDULENT CONSPIRATORS.
