I received "Official Notification' that I was one of the 'LUCKY" winners of an annual CHAIN-STORES GIVEBACK PROMO, from a pool of shoppers at the point of sale in any of the 71 participating department stores nationwide. Enclosed was a check for $2,500.00. $7,500.00 to follow. I have a strong feeling that by depositing that check I STUPIDLEY activated a high interest loan.
