I spotted a debit from a Company called DatesNow, Brisbane for US$19.99 in my November credit card statement and again in December. I found the site on the net (not always available) and sent an e-mail to the e-mail address given, asking them why they were debiting me as I had not only never heard of them but had never joined their membership.

Reply e-mail came back saying automated response, use the website customer service part of their site, which promises a 48 hour turnround to questions. I have now sent six queries via this part of their site, each time getting a response saying complaint received we will be back to you within 48 hours. Of course, NOTHING.

I have advised them that this is fraud and they are debiting me and have my credit card details fraudulently. The monthly payments were debited on the 28th of the month. I will ring my credit card tomorrow to see if they have debited me again. I can only assume that a website I have used before has passed my credit card details on to this Company.
