Dave Aronberg, State Attorney General for Palm Beach County and Staff are not the consumer protectionists they claim to be

As a State Senator, Aronberg's own website purports to have passed major "identity theft" legislation however, when he gets into office he does nothing, zero, nada as it relates to my horrific situation and probably the same for many of you citizens out there.

I am an elderly senior citizen and retired Police Detective who had his identity stolen.  I was obligated to pay thousands of dollars and had to spend countless hours of my time proving to people that I did not do the charges they said I did.

I was so frustrated that someone would do this to me, I tracked down the person who stole my information.

Now that I did all the legwork and made the case for them, I presented everything to Dave Aronberg's staff.  I lay everything out on a platter including the location of the perpertrator and I only ask that they DO THEIR JOB

Well, you know what, Aronberg refuses to bring him to court here in Florida.  It's been over a year now of utter inaction from the do nothing Aronberg and Staff so they are going to get called out publically on this foum.

Aronberg and his staff do not deserve to be elected again nor does Aronberg deserve to be elected to any higher level of office like that of the Governor.

Beware of Aronberg's slick Schtick about consumber protections, he and his staff are "all hat and no cattle" when it comes to their work on behalf of consumbers and that is not another someone we need moving up the ladder of elected office.

Nice quick response Aronberg and to the uninitiated you might make sense however every day in this country people are extradited so instead of trying to scam people with your nonsense, get out there and do your job.

You claim to be on the side of consumers so prove it.  That is the bottom line to this entire issue.

Sorry "Ken" but if this person has fled the state then you AG is NOT going to put out an extradition order. Thier power goes ONLY to thier borders and YOU have to PROVE that person actually commited the crime. YOU know the steps needed and running to the AG is NOT the step YOU are to take.
