Relating to eBay item# 310269127649, below is a timeline of events with proof showing us as a victim of fraud.
This buyer (David Bollard/Ballard) bought the above mentioned item from us, and we shipped USPS. See files named receipt.jpg, receipt2.jpg. There is a picture of our original box under filename our box.jpg.The weight directly from USPS was 4 lbs 5.1Oz.
After receiving, the buyer complained that it was damaged. We filed a claim (see files named claimform.jpg) and USPS rejected it, saying the box was not damaged in shipment. The buyer then got angry, and filed a not as described claim on ebay, which can all be seen through the Case ID and My Messages. eBay instructed the buyer to return the item for a full refund.
After 10+ days, USPS dropped the box back off. We have all postal employees open the box before we receive it. The postal employee opened the box, and saw it was completely empty except our foam packing. They filed a mail fraud complaint, and are pursuing criminalfelony charges. This is also verified by viewing pictures canada post label.jpg, return label 1.jpg, return label 2.jpg, and returned box.jpg. Canada post label.jpg shows the customers return weight of the box to be 1.092 kg which is 2.40 lbs - almost HALF of the original shipment, including the original box and original packing material. This should be suffient information to appeal and reverse the claim and reimbursement request against us. This should also be sufficient information to prove fraud on David Bollards behalf.

When I received the item , it was damaged due to the way it was packed , The two pieces were wrapped tight in scran wrap plastic , There were metal clips on the part .Which dug into the front of the other part and made them  unusable . If Jay had packed them back to back this wouldn't have happened . (The parts were Apillars for a Corvette ,that  snap into place with these clips  I called him , he asked me what I wanted to do , I asked for a replacement ,as I still needed this part .

     He asked me to file a claim , with the post office,(when the claim was paid he would sent me another part )  I told him I would not because ,the damage was caused by him ,and shipping box was undamaged .Then  Jay  asked me to leave positive feedback on ebay ,and he would give me a full  refund. Knowing  that this was the only card I held, and not knowing this person I declined . He said he would get back to me in a couple of days after checking with his boss , He never did . Three days later I called him ,and told him if he didn't want to fix this up I would file a claim with Paypal , He laughted ,and told me they didn't take paypal so go right ahead  .When you buy a lot of things on ebay ,you asume that's how you paid for it .Checking the ebay item ,I remembered I had called and paid with a credit card . At this point I figured I was out of luck . but reading Ebay's guide lines I still could file a claim . I emailed them I received a phone call from ebay , (at the time I was a POWER SELLER so had more privilages that a regular seller because of the  my volume of sales ) I was  told by ebay that Cleveland Pick -a-part ,was dropped by Paypal ,because of too many complaints by ebay buyers . (paypal is owned by ebay ).  Ebay  would help he file a camplaint , no problem .A day later I received an email to send item back ,and I would get a full refund ,minus return shipping . I boxed it up ,yes some of the packing material ,just paper had been thrown away . I felt it didn't matter as parts were damaged anyway , My shipping was cheaper when I sent it back , first due to the packaging material , plus I was overcharged on shipping ,just as I stated in my feeback on this item . I sent ebay the tracking number when I shipped it back , when the seller received it , I received a refund from Ebay through paypal.

1 Jay states on ebay , ''TRIED 2 SEND US HIS BROKEN PART . If the box was empty ,(as he stated .Why didn't he say that ?)

2 My shipping was  cheaper , because , first I was overcharged over $12.00. just like  so many of the other customers who  gave you  negative feedback for same reason .

3. He states he filed a claim with the post office and they denied the claim as the box was not  damaged , (pretty hard to do when I still had the box in my position  . ( Were I ship a lot to the US, and have a lot shipped to me in Canada , Here is the way it works, ( If I receive an item from the US ,thats damaged , I contact seller , he gets the forms from post office and fills out Part 1, he then sends the forms to me , I fill out part two , then I take the item and box to post office to fill out Part 3 , as to the damage and cause . They sign it and stamp it and take item , I send the forms to USPS , If they agree they send the check to the sender , thats the way it works.

The postal employee opened the box, and saw it was completely empty except our foam packing. (First postal employees are not aloud to open mail ,only a Customs Officer , Or Postal Inspector . You have to ask youself 'WHY ' would you have a postal employee open your mail and 2 he can't get much work done if he spends all day doing your job .

In closing I have this to say , The quality of a company is based on how you deal with a problem , YOU FAILED !

I received my refund , yes I had to pay retuen shipping , but it was the principal , as for the rest of what Jay wrote total BS.
