On December 20th, 2013, I performed sevices for David & Lydia Perron. We have a signed contract and fullfilled our responsibilities but they left the state without paying as promised. After notifing them I would call the police and file Theft by Deception charges they finally agreed to pay. They are disrespectfull, deceitfull and sneaky people and I would warn anyone including contractors, neighbors, etc, to proceed with caution in dealing with them. They have signs on their door asid if they are trying to hide something??? Be forewarned !!!!!

The only reason David & Lydia Perron decided to pay after fleading the state of Florida was because they did not want to face criminal prosecution. So as they admit in there original article they had to contact a attorney to advise them on how not to end up in jail and so under there own admission and the advice from counsel they Western Union payment. These are clearly sneaky people and they do not honor their financial obligations and have no respect for hard working people. Again, proceed with caution as they are not truthfull and you could wind up in the same predicament. I am just glad their attorney instructed them to pay for services and i am greatfull for this attorneys help. Its kind of funny that David & Lydia did not want to pay and leave the state but then try to write a 100% false article to save their reputations.
