Complaint Review: David Harrison Levi - Beverly Hills California

Thanks to the development of technology, peeople communicate very easily with others. At the same time, it produces a dark side when people use it wrongly. When I read this, I have felt a lot of emotions from it and realized there are some points we have to consider in the writing.

First, everything you provided is only from Mr. Lewi's Facebook and some of them are not correct. Basically, you cannot judge a person just from one's personal social media.

Second, the source you provided to claim is too weak. All you did is just calling and googling (stucking in your room). The person who got your phone call cannot represent the company's/the organization's opinion. You are trying to claim with an extremely narrow view.

Third, in your writing, all you said are just "I could not find anything" and "they said they did not know. You did not prove anythingy but your lack of ability. Finally, some people had to show up to tell the truth as people who actually worked with Mr. Levi.

You claimed with no evidence. You have to insist that your lack of ability could make yourself a lier. That also could make people think you wrote it for some purpose. I see it is representive of cyberbulling and feel sympathy for Mr. Levi who is a victim in this case. It is not only the person's problem but also the modern society's one. 

However, this person has to know he cannot get away from the situation he created. It will turn to you or already did. Nobody knows.

 When you hate, there are no winners and all hope is lost. Have a greater faith & belief that God will guide you out of the darkness & back into the light. Life is too beautiful to not see the importance of peace & harmony in a world often cluttered by chaos & dysfunction. I am a man of peace & love. I am not perfect nor do I confess to be, far from it. I believe "only" God is perfect. Undoubtedly, I will ultimately make mistakes, be misunderstood and unfairly judged by others. If I have somehow caused this too be fact, any reason to question my word or that of my actions, please see it in your heart to forgive me. I take full responsibility and ask that any anger or hate against me be forgiven, understanding that life is all too short to go to bed sensing the wrongs we've seemingly created. The walls of bitterness & resentment must & shall be taken down. Through a better desire, a hope in recognizing our true selves & becoming more self-aware, losing our ego, while reflecting on and being the bigger person, I offer an "unconditional" friendship based on mutual trust & respect once again towards those I've lost along the many paths I've journeyed. As I am reminded daily of my own mortality by those who struggle with terminal illness or who've passed, I want to reach out to clear the books of the destructive, negative and wrongful behavior that lives in us all. We must comes to terms as our lives can be snuffed out in a moment, knowing there is no guarantee of a tomorrow. May your life be filled "always" with all the beauty, magnificence & wonderment that the abundant blessings so generously bestowed upon you, continue to live on in the nature of your presence & through your divine spirit. I am far from perfect, only God is perfect! I will make mistakes along the way & I apologize to those who don't quite understand me, whether it be by own accord or by the misunderstandings of the path I have chosen to follow. I hope to "earn" your trust in all things.

First, I adapted the name "Sir" as a pen-name as a writer & nothing more. I meant no harm nor tried to deceive anyone. Second, I have a dream (since 2010) to have a reunion concert at The Hollywood Bowl between Sir Paul McCartney & Ringo Starr for Breast Cancer Awareness, many say impossible, I say it can be done. Third, The name Starmaker was a name given to me by my beloved friend Mr. Richard Blackwell (the worst 10 dressed list) on a radio program on KIEV Radio The Talk of the Town in 1976 when I was a personal manager & is a nickname ONLY fourth. I have nothing to sell & I have never been a public or private Corporation. Fifth I was instrumental as a working partner in the original Chippendales Nightclub here in Los Angeles 3739 Overland Avenue West Los Angeles, California from 1982-1988

I am also one of the co founders of Chippendales. The report indicates that  the reporter contacted Kevin Denberg partner of Chippendales in NYC.

Kevin and his group do currently own the Chippendales trademarks, but Kevin's grandfather was one of my partners at our NYC club. Kevin's group purchased the club not from me and the estate of my partners but later down the chain. David was an integral part in helping us promote Chippendales in the early eighties. He is an incredibly hard working, compassionate man who has never hurt a fly...I can not respond to each contention in this report, but as I know that my part is nothing that either the reporter or his witness is aware of I wonder about the accuracy of the rest of the reporting.

Sixth, I did in fact own & operate retail stores in Beverly Hills ... David Levi's Television, Film & Sports 229 1/2 South Beverly Drive & David Levi's Baseball Card Stores from 1989 -2002. I was in fact a partner in the creation for a brief period at The Beverly Hills Diner 206 South Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills. My father is Simon Mayer Levi a respected name in the liquor business from 1947 till present see Greg Thompson ... world headquarters 208 210 & 212 South Beverly Drive Beverly Hills, California 90212 1961-2006.

Seventh, I am a music producer who also managed Artists see Just Smitty & I am in fact an advocate for cancer producing special red carpet events, walks & concerts. My name is David, also, you that know me know I wear my sunglasses all the time. I met David some time ago and I feel somewhat responsible for the comments left by the original report. As if it wasn't for me, this report would have never been filed and I friend David on my Facebook page and the person who filed the report got very upset with the name Starmaker. As A joke I told a few people that David Harrison Levi was the grandson of the Levis Strauss Company, not knowing anyone would take this seriously, it was a total joke and the person knew it!

As for the Starmaker thing, David told me it was a nickname given to him when very young, so why shouldn't he use it! As to who owns the name Starmaker, who cares. It's just a nick name!!! I have never seen David Harrison Levi talk bad about anyone, nor does he at anytime use his position to get girls that is a ridicules statement. The person who filed this report is somewhat jealous of anyone who try's to get ahead in life, including myself or anyone they come in contact to. I want to send my sincere apology to David his family and friends if I caused any problems, I personally think David is a very good person, and would not do anything to harm or lie to anyone! submitted by David Gorman.

In 2010, after writing & posting many positive articles, photos & video's of me Ninth, XXXX XXXX claiming to be a journalist started posting negative comments about me & my sister's death & my involvement with cancer, claiming he wanted to build his audience by my so-called fame. I ignored and removed comments by myself & my friend & Facebook administrator see Kate Rossi Stuart for a long period of time, till I one-day had a Michael Jackson Memorial event in Los Angeles at Cafe Entourage and asked XXXX XXXX to leave. I asked him to leave as I felt his comments on Facebook & the Internet were unjust, unfair, derogatory & slanderous.

I apologized but he left posting further untruths about me for three long years, causing me great harm to both my personal & humanitarian efforts. I have to date, never to date mentioned this man's name on Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Yahoo, AOL, MSN, Google, PalTalk, Skype, America Online or YouTube where I have accounts.
