On December 5, 2007 my sister- in-law gave me the number to David Mcdavid Nissan to call and see if I could get approved for a car as a first time buyer. I called the number and in put all of my information as directed to(social, name, number, and address) I recieved a phone call from Michael Parrish on December 6, 2007 and proceeded with the phone call. While on the call he asked for my information again and I gave it to him as directed. He then said that he would call me back to with the results. Approximately an hour he called back and told me that I was approved with a down payment of 1,000 dollars which was fine because I was going to use a 2002 dodge intrepid as my down payment. I thought about the requirements and decided that I would just save up the money for the down payment. I called Micheal Parrish back at the number he called me from and let him know that it will be about 1 or 2 weeks before I come up with the money. Michael said well let me work on it and see if we can get you approved for something else.

Later that night when I called back to do a follow and see if he had work out anything else and he gave me good new that if i could come in by the end of the night that I will be able to drive off the car lot with no down payment or a trade- in just proof of insurance. I called back later to inform that I would'nt be able to make it in to the dealer ship and see if he could give me and extension. He said yes that he would be able to extend the deal to the next business day which was December 7, 2007. On December 7, 2007 at about 6:30 p.m. I arrived at the dealership waiting to do the paper work. I met Mr. Parrish for the first time since I spoke with him. He greeted me and my sister and I stepped into his office. He had all the paper work ready because we had my information ion the phone and had already told me I was approved with "0" down payment.

He went over all the requirements and then he asked formy paper work (check stubbs) I told him that I would get my manger to fax them. Within the next 30 minutes she sent a mis print of the pay check stubb and soon after Michael Parrish said to re- fax the check stubb as soon as possible and when they recieve the check stubb they would give me a call but in the mean time I could drive the (2006) G6 pontiac home. I went on the financing with Ike and he went over the terms and aggreements with me and I signed a promisecey note stating a no return policy that once I sign this document there will be no turning back and that I was already approved for my loan through Ameri-credit and that my first car note of 382.00 will be due within 45 days. Everything was final and I drove the car home. A few days later I began to hear a Squeaky noise which I soon found out that the noise were my struts and I went to the service center and I was serviced and told to be at the pontiac dealership on Monday to get my car fixed. That was a thursday the December the 13,2007 soon later I returned to work and recieved a phone call from ameri-credit financial services contacted my boss tho verfiy employment and asked to speak with me.

Throughout this time frame my boss recieved various verification phone calls regurading the car that I purchased from David Mcdavid Nissan from the sales Manger name MOE. I was on the phone with the representative from amercredit for 2 minutes ( they verfied) as well and told me that I was approved and that I will be recieving a welcome letter in a week and then I should recieve the coupon book to start making my payments. On December the 18. 2007 I recieved a phone call from Michael Parrish but I missed the call because I was at work and he left a message. Later on that night I spoke with Ike the financing person that I financed with and he sounded strange and asked if I had spoke with Ameri-Credit. I then called Americredit financial services and spoke with James and he informed that I was never in their system and that I shouldnt be denied and that it's impossible for them to deny because I make "too much money". The next step I did was call the dealership back with the information from amercredit and let them know that something isnt right and I no longer feel comfortable doing business with them because of the un- professional things that were occuring . He said okay let him check on it and that he will give me a call he never called back. I tried numerous of times to reach him but the receptionist couldnt get to him and as well Michael Parrish. Finally at 8:30 p.m. I finally spoke with Michael and let him know what was going on with the phone call from Ike he said he would find out what was going on and give me a phone call and when I did reiceve the phone call he said that I was denied and have to either find a co-signer and or turn in the car and that I wouldnt be able to go through my personal back to get financed because of requirments. I then called my bank and they said that I would be able to and that they would provide a blank check to cover financing cost. I called back with good news but he said no that I wouldnt be able to go through my bank due to requirements. I spoke with Moe the supervisor of sales and he said yes that I could but I was no longer approved for the car loan and that I apparently made too much money being 18 years old and that and 18 yr old could not possibly make that much money and that if I dont find a co-signer soon that I would have to return the car. On December the 23, 2007 I spoke with my supervisor and that she then informed me that there was a suspcious male walking around asking about a employee trying to verfiy employment and asking question like why is a Day Spa closed on Saturday and if we are we still in business.
