David Small contacted me about timeshare rental in Las Vegas. He wanted to go for convention November 1st. He sounded like a very nice person, he told me that he is old fashioned and believes in people words and trust and so on and so forth. He didn't pay me on time told me that post office didn't deliver his letter, and then he sent me a check, it took time for check to proceed in a mean time he went on vacation. Check happened to be bad. Now he doesn't answer his phone, before he was answering all the time. Check was for $800.
I checked his name on-line and found that a lot of people are his victims. He need to be stopped. I don't know what can I do at this point about that. It's so sad that people like that do exist.
