Complaint Review: David Trowbridge Sr - Pam Trowbridge - David Trowbridge Jr. - Stanwood Washington

These guys are a sad bad joke. "They"(one or more of the Rip-Offs) sent a 4-page letter, on April 1, 2004-April fools I guess(every page testifies for me and against them, thank you fools)plus about 30+/- pages of mindless paper-prattle to my house-mate(the good and decent brother) and to his lawyer, who is handling the "Sue Mom's Estate for what "They" couldn't steal from Her" case. I recieved these docs vicariously as "They" knew I would. They are claiming that they have not acted "in pari delicto (in equal fault) and therefore they can enforce their fraudulent bills, anger claims, greed, bogus contracts(never mind lack of consideration, breach of contract, the theft of my property and assets, fraud, conspiracy and be free of intentional distress and intentional pain and suffering etc, but the truth is that they are "in magna delicto" (in great fault). Actually "They" are making it a lot easier for me if I have to take them to court because "They" keep validating my position and invalidating their own and "certifying their own fraud" etc. Hello "in magna ignoramus". I have more than enough documentation to hose them totally in court. In fact I am talking with a couple of attormeys who seem interested in a contingency fee basis. There are plenty of charachter witnesses, witnesses of shady dealings, questionable business methods and other lesser victims wanting to speak ! I have aces in the whole that may get "they/them" all jail. The next 24 hours will be instrumental in the future of this case. The "damage" will be done and I won't be able to stop the avalanche of manure that will be blowing up "Their" skirts. There are certain people ready to ask some sharp pointed questions and demanding some very deep and concise answers. "They" did how-ever acknowledge that they were aware of my posting on Rip-Off Reports and were going to sue me for liable/slander. Life is good. Now I don't have to fax them their very own copy of their personalized Rip-Off Report and call them and demand "Payment in Full". Since I know they are tuned in I will make my demand here and now. NOTICE: DEMAND FOR PROPERTY RETURN AND COMPLETE RESTITUTION David Trowbridge Sr, Pam Trowbridge, David Trowbridge Jr., I demand "You agree to return all of my property in good condition, and pay a "TOKEN" Cash restitution for "actual and intentional damages" of #50,000.00 USD cash on April 8, 2004. Notice: The $50,000.00 cash settlement offer is a "TOKEN" fee which expires in a 24 hours from this public posting. The actual out of court settlement damages is $500,000.00 in addition to all of my property being returned in good condition. I await your call, applauding your wisdom in this matter.

A Brief Update: The more I investigate the more victims I find. The only pattern is that no-one is immune to their wrath. I wonder how many local plaintifs I will find if they don't settle soon and out of court, 50, 100, 200... maybe more. I have sent them 8 emails containing the "report", all of which were ignored, also a letter which was returned today, unopened. It appears that they are going to ignore me to the point of no return... or even beyond. A sad situation for them as I am "victimized" and I have the Law, moral and common civil decency on my side. They will not answer the phone when I call... a caller ID thing. It is sad that a man will take his family to hell with him... "Pride cometh before the fall." Things are going on behind the scenes that I can't talk about here and now. If they would post a rebuttal then I would have a forum to address this situation. I am sure they are watching this site and I challenge them to explain to the world why they do what they do (see original Report). Actually I do have a forum... it is nearing a point of no return will soon take on a life of it's own and then... I couldn't stop it if I wanted too. I didn't take it there... the PREDATORS did.
