I initially contacted David through his website. I asked him to appraise a Picasso Aqua tint that was purchased through a reputable gallery in Beverly Hills. Mr. Streets thought the print was worth more than what I paid and asked $150.00 for the appraisal. I did not question Mr. Streets credentials because of the webs content. Which in hind sight means absolutely nothing. I used paypal as requested and sent my money. I received an email back saying he was working on it. I waited a week and called and emailed several times with no answer received.
I decided to get online and google Mr. Streets. I was surprised to see everything that came up about this guy. I even went so far as to debunk some of his claims in his website. Like where he went to h.s. In Indiana. I aced a claim with paypal and received instructions on how to resolve. Be careful as digital downloads are not considered tangible items and his services are also not considered a leg for you to claim otherwise and will be decided in his favor. This is the grey area and he knows it. Don't go to this guy he does not hold any credentials to his claim of appraiser.
