If you have seen this ad for a limo driver, DON'T DO IT!!
Randy Eddy is insulting, rude, condescending and overall very difficult to work with.
He will force you to work 50+ hours per week, even if he doesn't have work for you. He expects you to Uber for him.
He makes up the rules as he goes and keeps money from your check as he sees fit.
He will require a $150 deposit for an Uber phone which he will keep when you quit.
He will pay you for training, but if you don't work for three months he will pro-rate what he paid you and deduct if from your final check.
If you need a day off from your 5-day REQUIRED work week, he will expect you to make it up on one of your days off.
He keeps 66.6% of all the company reservations, and he
EVEN EXPECTS YOU TO REPORT CASH TIPS SO HE CAN KEEP 2/3 FOR HIMSELF.
He keeps 66.6% of whatever is left after Uber takes their 28%.
This means for a $100 SUV/Black Car Uber run you will make approx. $23.76.
For a $20 run you will make $4.75
When I worked for Randy Eddy, I averaged $4.89/hr in a MANDATORY 100 hour pay period.
Don't waste your time with Randy Eddy, A Dandy 1 Transportation, or REO Limousine.
