Davinci Virtual, L.L.C. Virtual Scam They pretend to cancel. They then take money from you till you catch them. Salt Lake City Utah
I tried to cancel. They require that you send a email to cancel. They said they didn't get the email and charged me another month. Second time, they received the email but said i did not fill it out correctly. They did not contact me to tell me i filled it out wrong and charged me for another month. So I made the request again to cancel the service with them and it went through only to find out their fine print say you must give a 30 day notice and charged us again. This company has only one purpose and that is scam you. Do not buy into this company's sales pitch because you will be sorry you did, as i am.

We have cancelled this customer’s account per their request and also waived our 30 day notice requirement due to their feedback. We did not charge them again as they stated, we actually waived their final payment. We are more than happy to work with our clients and we take customer service very seriously. We are open to any feedback and we are very sorry this customer was not happy with their experience.
