 I have been unsatisfied with the phone answering service I received from Davinci Virtual over about a year now. I decided to cancel as I couldn't deal with it any longer and now as a punishment to their customers they charge a $250 porting fee to take my number with me. They are trying to make me suffer for canceling service. I refuse to pay such a fee when I am leaving because of their unsatisfactory service. I have had several billing issues. They are always trying to nickel and dime you but it's really like $40 and $60 you. When I cancelled they said I had to pay and extra month because I needed to give a 30 day notice so now I am paying for 2 services now. Then they want to tell you about the 100 page terms and conditions I should have read. Why would I have to give 30 days notice for service I am unhappy with??? Do not get service with this company as it has been a horrible experience. Not to mention I found another company at half the price for the exact same service which is Oxxx Vxxxxxx Sxxxxxxx.
