Mr. Washington, an unemployed degenerate, maligned my good name on this site and other scammer sites, He was acting on behalf of my previous tenants whom disappeared without paying over 2K in rent. He, acting on their behalf, filed a 3,700 dollar complaint against me for hurt feelings. They lost as their claim was completely unfounded. Leaving court, Mr, Washington confronted me and told me that this was not over. He would dig into my history and make me pay. I know he will find nothing as there is nothing to find. What I dont understand is why this hoodlum even cares, He was not a renter, he was not even involved. He pushed me and hit my iphone out of my hand, smashing the screen. Why? He was angry that he was not smart enough to win the case he, and my previous tenants, brought against me. Go back to school Mr. Washington. Get your high school diploma and make something of yourself. Stop thinking you can take on someone who is a: smarter than you, and b: right. Take on someone who has a pea brain the size of yours.

PS: next time you appear in court dont bring a shopping back with your papers in it. No class.
